Last fall I met Caroline from Brazil who was studying styling in Marangoni at a Halloween party of a friend . She wanted to do photo shooting with my baby clothing. It all kinda stayed behind for some months until this spring she contacted me again. We started to do research of what would be possible and what would I like. At the end she took care of everything always asking my opinion and I only lent her the clothing.

On the day of the shooting I went to Marangoni as well to see how everything was going and felt pretty emotional… I felt that I almost would like to study there again. After we finished I visited administrations upstairs and met Daphne. On my way down I needed to stop on the pattern floor to see if my teacher Mario would be there. How cool was it to be back there!

Misto di primavera…

I have been crazy busy since Easter and the weeks have just flown by. I emptied my little camera last night and found a mixture of pictures that I already had forgotten that existed.

My dear friend Ela had a birthday dinner for her friends in Maison Espana and all I can remember of the over priced meny was that the bubbles and the cake were good (and eventually the only things that I had.) I still love you baby, but next time another restaurant please…..

We participated a surprise party organized for our friend Pinni in `Le Maschere` close to Porta Venezia with a lot of friends.

This little guy I found on top of my door one evening I returned home from a dinner in Naviglio. It is the first one I have seen in center Milan.

So happy to see Finlandia mugs in Italy. ;o)

Cindy Lauper a Milano 2011

Last night I went to see Cindy Lauper`s concert in Milan Jazzing Festival which was hold in Arena, in Parco Sempione. The weather forecast promised rain and I had heard from my friends that the mosquitos would eat you alive, but no rain and even for my own surprise no bites. Not a single one!!! Thanks to Sara`s Tropical spray I guess.

The lady was even better alive than on cd with an amazing voice. We had a great time with my girlfriends and for a once the men were left outside…

Camogli

In the beginning of April we went to Camogli for a weekend. I have a crush for the Italian Liguria and this tiny village was new to me. I wanted to see if it would be as lovely as Portofino. Camogli was adorable and perfect for a long weekend trip. The Hotel Cenobio Dei Dogi was great with friendly crew. I definitely want to return there and the next time I hope I wont burn my skin like I did now…

I am slightly piggy of what I eat and after checking most of the restaurants we ended up to the famous La Rotonda for dinner.

I am already waiting for the next trip...
